I handled the deployment and configuration of Moodle, integrating it with a BigBlueButton server for over 200 users. My responsibilities included managing user accounts, setting course permissions, and maintaining system backups. Additionally, I created instructional video tutorials and PDF guides for students and teachers, and provided assistance to parents with any Moodle related issues.
